Bonnie Vale Alpaca Stud was established in 1989. It comprises almost 40 hectares of grazing and irrigation land with avenues of trees for shade and shelterbelts. The soils are mineral rich alluvial flats growing nutritious native and introduced pastures. Paddocks are divided into many small paddocks connected by laneways with maternity paddocks, weanling paddocks and general grazing areas. The farm is equipped with fresh water, excellent yards, stables and a specialised shearing shed.

Bonnie Vale has always used top Huacaya genetics to continuously improve the quality of their white and fawn flock. You can see the results of this breeding in the quality of current Bonnie Vale progeny and the fleeces that they produce.
